Welcome to ReWorded. These Terms of Service govern your use of our text-to-GIF animation service. By using ReWorded, you agree to be bound by these terms.

By accessing or using ReWorded, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our service.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

ReWorded is a free online tool that creates animated GIF images by transforming text between two phrases. The service operates entirely in your browser without transmitting content to our servers.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ReWorded. If you are under 18, please review these terms with a parent or guardian.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use ReWorded for personal projects, social media, education, creative expression, and commercial purposes that comply with applicable laws.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to create content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights. Do not use the service to distribute malware or interfere with our systems.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 ReWorded Ownership

The ReWorded website, design, code, and branding are our property and protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain full ownership of text and animations you create. Since processing occurs locally, your content is never transmitted to us.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

REWORDED IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. Use at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REWORDED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES arising from your use of the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReWorded from any claims arising from your use of the service, content you create, or violation of these terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any service changes.

13. Entire Agreement
